Full text of Isaiah 8

Verses:
1-4: It is foretold that before that time knowledge [cognitio] and perception truth will perish, [2, 3]
5, 6: because they are not willing to understand the Word in simplicity. [2, 3]
7-12: By reasonings from falsities the whole church will perish, until conjunction with God will no longer take place; [2, 3]
13-16: and they will not know the Lord, who is the Word and the church. [4]
17-21: Nevertheless, others will know the Lord, who reject falsities, and put away things falsified, [11]
8: although the church there is nothing but falsity. [3]
