Verses:
1-3:
Those who are outside of the church, and do not have the Word, are to be accepted, that they may become a church, and all things of heaven are to be given to them.

4, 5:
The Lord will protect and liberate the latter from the infernals,

6-9:
and while in the midst of them they are to be protected and saved.
[11]
10:
The church will consist of them, and they will have the good of the church.
