The Lord will come in Divine power,

for grievous judgment upon those that have utterly departed, to destroy them,

because there is no longer any good and truth remaining with them.

13-18:
Therefore all will perish with their evils and falsities,

19-22:
and abide in hell, where there are direful and horrid evils and falsities.
