AC 4649. Verses 29, 30. These are the chiefs of the Horite; chief Lotan, chief Shobal, chief Zibeon, chief Anah, chief Dishon, chief Ezer, chief Dishan. These are the chiefs of the Horite, according to their chiefs in the land of Seir. "These are the chiefs of the Horite," signifies the chief truths from those which follow; "chief Lotan, chief Shobal, chief Zibeon, chief Anah, chief Dishon, chief Ezer, chief Dishan," signifies their quality; "these are the chiefs of the Horite, according to their chiefs in the land of Seir," signifies the chief truths in the successives.
